AXP ENERGY Limited (ASX: AXP, OTC: AUNXF) is an oil & gas production and development company with core operations in Colorado. AXP is currently focused on repurposing stranded gas at its 100%-owned Pathfinder Field for power generation under a Joint Venture Agreement with Denver based BlackHart Technologies.

During February 2025, Gas to Power operations commenced with the installation of 1.5 mw/h of generators and two mobile data centers containing 530 ASIC miners operated by BlackHart Technologies Inc. in conjunction with NASDAQ listed BitFuFu Inc.

Oil Production on the Pathfinder lease has been reestablished now that the gas is being used to generate electricity.

AXP has 24 operating oil & gas wells at its Pathfinder Field.

In August 2025, the Company acquired 1400 acres of oil and gas leases in Kay and Noble County, Oklahoma, with the intention of drilling and developing the leases and using Gas to Power installation to duplicate the data mining operations in Colorado.
