AXP Energy (AXP) is an Oil & Gas Production and Development company. The company was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Florence, Colorado, with its Australian office located in Sydney, Australia. The company currently has operations in Colorado and Oklahoma, USA.

AXP is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX code: AXP) and on the OTC Exchange (OTC code: AUNXF).

Since 2012, AXP Energy has initiated focused drilling programs at major U.S. sites, finding success in some of the world’s most prolific oil and gas producing basins located in Colorado, Western Kentucky, Southwestern Mississippi and Louisiana and Dimmitt County, Texas.

Following the divestment of oil and gas assets to the eastern part of the USA, AXP is currently focused on development of i the Florence Oil Field in the southern part of Colorado and Kay and Noble County, Oklahoma.  

Current oil and gas production in Colorado is lease is ~40 barrels of oil per day and 210 mcf/gas per day.  Gas from operations is being used to power a Gas to Power project which in turn is connected to modular data centres operating ASIC miners.

Initial drilling operations are underway in Oklahoma as of September 2025, with the goal of duplicating the Gas-to-Power model and supporting data centre development at the leasehold.
