Oklahoma - Nemaha Ridge
AXP Energy (Oklahoma) LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of AXP Energy Limited, is focused on developing high-quality oil and gas assets across Oklahoma’s proven producing basins. Leveraging extensive regional expertise, AXP combines low-cost conventional drilling with innovative gas-to-power initiatives to unlock value from its acreage position. With operations targeting multiple stacked pay zones and a growing portfolio of leases, AXP is building a scalable energy platform designed to deliver reliable production, resource growth, and long-term shareholder value.
AXP’s acreage position in Kay and Noble Counties is strategically located within one of Oklahoma’s most prolific hydrocarbon fairways, where multiple stacked pay zones provide the opportunity to target several productive formations from a single leasehold position. These reservoirs include established oil and gas horizons that have been extensively mapped and produced over decades, reducing geological uncertainty and improving drilling success rates. The presence of multiple pay zones also creates flexibility in development planning, allowing operators to optimize well economics by targeting the most attractive formations as commodity prices and market conditions evolve.
The shallow to moderate depth of these formations makes them ideally suited for low-risk vertical drilling programs. Compared to horizontal wells, vertical wells typically require lower capital investment, shorter drilling times, and simpler completion techniques, resulting in faster production and capital payback. This approach enables efficient development of proven reservoirs while minimizing operational complexity, making it an attractive strategy for generating consistent cash flow and maximizing returns from mature, well-understood oil and gas fields.
The company holds a 100% Working Interest and 81.25% Net Revenue interest in an initial 1400 acres located in Kay and Noble Counties, near Ponca City, Oklahoma.
During the December Quarter 2025, the Company drilled and completed the Charlie #1 Vertical Well in the Miss Lime interval at approximately 4,400 feet. The well is currently producing oil and gas. The well confirmed the presence of the targeted Mississippi Limestone formation over a 300 foot interval.

Additional Wells are to be drilled on the acreage during Calendar 2026.
